Follow these step-by-step instructions for filling out your Petition for Biology Independent Study:

1. Student should fill out the personal information requested on the independent study form.

2. Meet with your faculty sponsor to obtain the appropriate information for the research sections of the independent study form. Also have your faculty sponsor complete the instructor approval section.

3. Student should sign form.

4. Bring the independent study form to the Biology Advising office during drop-in from 1-3 and we will give you the call number to enroll in the course.
